To find the best food in Phuket, try to stay away from the big name restaurants. These places are usually pretty good, but they have the price tag to fit their popularity. Some of the best places on the Island are those small places that nobody knows about. Ask some of the local Thai’s or expats and they will point you to some of the undiscovered gems.
